RTP/ STAND NOS ALIVE’18
RTP stands for “Portuguese Radio and Television”, is the public service broadcasting organisation of Portugal. Founded in 1935, it serves as the beacon of Portuguese mass media, originally as a single radio station, to broadcast full original content onto four television channels and three radio stations nowadays.
Being the official broadcaster of the 2018 edition of NOS Alive festival, RTP streamed the full 3 days of the festival onto the network, complete with gigs, musicians interviews and pure entertainment.
Whereas the official RTP regie was the main stage to multiple hours of TV and radio streaming, RTP was present in the public area of the event, where the priority was to diffuse all official RTP coverage inside the festival, along with the public contributions via Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook. This concept translated in a metal, 6 meter tall mesh, enclosuring a series of LED walls and mirror panes, due to instigate the crowd to share their activities, along with the hashtag #rtpnosalive18.
